At HONMED, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. This Shipping and Exchange Policy outlines the terms and conditions for shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to India and other countries after communicating customers.
 

2. Shipping Times

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2 days of payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Timeline: Delivery typically takes from 3 days to 45 days depending on the destination and order customization 

    • Local Shipping: 3 to 45 days

    • International Shipping: 15 to 60 days
       

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight.
     

4. Tracking Orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package’s status.
 

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

Exchange Policy

​

1. Eligibility for Exchange

We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Exchange requests are made within 2 days of delivery.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.
     

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items marked as final sale.

  • Perishable goods (if applicable).
     

3. Exchange Process

  1. Contact our support team at honmed.hospicare@honmed.in or +919316474617.

  2. Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and photos of the product (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, ship the item to our address at:
    HONMED, beside Pramukh HP gas service, 
    nr. Indira nagar tekra, Nikol-odhav road,
    Nikol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat-382350.

  4. We will process the exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
     

4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • If approved, we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost.
     

Refunds for Exchanges

In cases where an exchange is not possible (e.g., stock unavailability), we may offer:

  • A store credit.

  • A full refund to your original payment method.
