Exchange Policy
1. Eligibility for Exchange
We accept exchanges under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Exchange requests are made within 2 days of delivery.

The item has a manufacturing defect or was shipped incorrectly.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:

Customized or personalized items.

Items marked as final sale.

Perishable goods (if applicable).
3. Exchange Process

Provide your order number, a brief explanation, and photos of the product (if applicable).

Once approved, ship the item to our address at:
HONMED, beside Pramukh HP gas service,
nr. Indira nagar tekra, Nikol-odhav road,

We will process the exchange within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
4. Shipping Costs for Exchanges
